RunnersWorld Tulsa Half and Full Training Program

Join our Half or Full Marathon 19-week training program that has helped 1000's of runners and walkers reach their marathon or half marathon goals. This training session race goal will be the 2020 OKC Memorial Half and Full Marathon in April, you do not have to do the OKC Memorial Half or Full Marathon to train with us.

Orientation/Informational Meeting: Thursday December 12th July 9 at 6:30pm or stop by the store anytime to get more information.

First Training Run: Saturday December 21st
Cost: $35 until 12/21/20 and then will be $40 (This does not include registration for a marathon)
Training Schedule:Monday and Thursday Nights at 5:30pm, Saturday Mornings time and location varies (Saturday's are our long mileage days)

Registration Includes:

  • • Planned and supported routes for your long runs on Saturdays

  • • There is a speed suited for every participant
  • • We accommodate all levels of runners from the first time marathon/half runner to those trying to qualify for Boston

Couch To 5k Training

Are you a beginner runner? Have you been walking and ready to start running or just need some motivation to start running again... Come join our Couch to 5K Program starting December 21st, 2019 to train for the St Patrick's Day 5k! We want to help the community to be active and healthy! Our Couch to 5k program is a great way to have fun and be active. You can train to walk, run, or do intervals run/walk to meet your goals.

We will train Monday and Thursday evenings from RunnersWorld Tulsa and Saturday mornings we will move around.

Start Date: First Training Group will be on Saturday Dec 21st, but you can start anytime too. Register online
or stop by the store to register!

Training Walk/Runs: Monday and Thursday 5:30pm and Saturday mornings we move to different locations to break up the monotony.

Goal Race:St. Patrick's Day 5k

Cost: $35 this does not include the registration for St Patrick's Day 5k
