The 2017 Spring Fever Triathlon is a great race for beginner triathletes as well as experienced racers.
Many local and regional athletes began their triathlon “careers” at this event. The Spring Fever Sprint Triathlon is held at the
Jenks Aquatic Center featuring an indoor Olympic sized pool located in Jenks, Oklahoma.
The bike and run segments include a tour of beautiful Green Country just south of Tulsa.

Bring your family and friends to join in the fun for this very special "Summer kickoff" 5K. You can run, walk, or
stroll. Make it an evening of activity that everyone can enjoy and you can sign up the little Kids too. Don't miss the post-race
activities as a great way to kick off your summertime celebrations. The race party is filled with: Rustic Cuff, chip timed 5K,
one mile fun run, over-all male and female awards, standard 5 year age group awards, music (The Fabulous Mid Life Crisis band), snacks, drinks,
including Marshall Brewing company beer, beach ball volleyball, limbo, a Kids Zone and other summertime activities!
Come celebrate with an evening of fitness and "summertime" fun while staying Healthy, Happy and Strong!
One Mile Fun Run- 7:00PM -and the 5K -7:30PM Virtual Run is done on your own at any time and you will not be included in the results.
Join us for 5 Races in 2 Days in May! Sprint, Kid's, Olympic, 70.3 and Aquabike distances to race at Birch Lake in Barnsdall, OK!
The events for the 2017 Tulsa Triathlon will be on Saturday 5/20 a Sprint and Kids' distance. Sunday 5/21 will
feature an Olympic, Aquabike and 70.3 distance. Returning this year 70.3 distance: 1.2 m swim, 56m bike and 13.1m run. We will also have the Aquabike
for the Olympic and 70.3 distance.
The Chris Brown Tulsa Duathlon includes a 5km road run, 30km road bike, and another 5km road run. The event is held at Mohawk Park in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The run course is fast and flat on a closed paved road within Mohawk Park.
The bike course is relatively flat with only a few rolling hills along the city streets of Tulsa.
The race will be held at Mohawk Park at Shelter 6. The Duathlon will start at 7:15am. You can participate as an
individual or as a team.
